This year’s RM Auction in Monterey was again one for the record books, we knew from the cars that were on auction schedule we would see some big sales but we saw a number of world records including the highest price ever paid for an American car with the sale of the 1968 Ford GT40 Gulf/Mirage Race Car, one of only 2 in existence, for $11,000,000.
